Long interested in higher education, Dione has evaluated applicants as an admissions reader for Stanford. In addition, she was previously a member of the Minority Admissions Advisory Committee at Stanford Graduate School of Business and interviewer for Stanford School of Medicine admissions. Dione continues to be an involved Stanford alum. She currently serves as a Class Secretary, is an active member of the Stanford Business School Asian Alumni Chapter leadership team, former co-chair of alumni mentorship programs and has participated on multiple alumni consulting teams that provide pro bono strategy, marketing and organizational development assistance to local nonprofits. She is a member of the Western Association of College Admission Consultants.
Passion for helping others achieve their educational dreams.
The first in her family to graduate from college, Dione is fortunate to be able to combine her deep interest in higher education, her love of writing, and enjoyment in hearing other people share their stories. She sees clear parallels between her business and professional writing experience and her ability to help clients present themselves with confidence, energy and authenticity.
Dedicated to client success.
An independent admissions consultant, Dione works closely with a select number of clients. She leverages experience as a consultant with leading admissions consultancies. Continuing professional education and relationships with an extended community of admission consultants and former admissions committee members enable her to apply and share current knowledge and best practices. There is no playbook or "secret formula" for empowering clients to submit their strongest candidacy; Dione invests in understanding each client's experiences, strengths, concerns, talents and goals and equips them to authentically communicate who they are and what they will contribute to their future school community.
